Support Request: Not able to enter password for SiteKiosk restricted account

Description

Our Windows XP computer has been configured to boot into the SiteKiosk Restricted user account. The Control-Alt-F8 and esc keys do not bring up a prompt for a password. We did not set a user-defined combination of keys. Is there a way to bring up the prompt, or to force it to boot into the Administrator account and change the setting from within application? I am not able to send the .skcfg file, as I cannot authenticate at all to the computer.

Hello,

you can also leave or exit SiteKiosk without knowing the corresponding keyboard combination.
Simply enter 'skcmd://quit' into the URL address bar of SiteKiosk.

I can't get Ctrl+Alt+f8 either and I have no address bar. Now what?

For anyone who comes across this problem, reboot into Safe Mode and you can enter your password and then go into configure mode.
