Support Request: cannot log in to my account on website

I have an account for email: webmail(at)gemtech.info.
I believe the username is gemtech.

I have reset my password via the "forgot your password" link on the logon page. I was given a new random password but it does not seem to work. I would like to log in to buy a new copy of site kiosk. Would you please send me a new working password to my email, ASAP. Thanks.

One more thing, is it possible for my license to be associated with my business name and not my actual name? So, that when the machine boots up it will have my business name and will look more professional. Thank you for your time.

We will email your login information to you. You did not state your company name when placing the order. Please email your company name to contact@provisio.com We will delete the license key which we have emailed to you and generate a new license key. Thanks.
