Support Request: Hiding windows task bar and start menu

Is there anyway to hide windows task bar? Also, right now, when I limit the functionality of the user and revoke all the priviledges to any other program, user would still have access to the start menu and there is an option called "New indow" there. Can I get rid of start menu all together, so that user can only see the application I am launching at the reboot time?

you can hide the taskbar by the settings in -->Browser Design-->Advanced.

e.g. Disable the checkbox at "Display task bar".
