Support Request: Sitekiosk crash

Description

Hi, our company has 30 Internet kiosks with Sitekiosk 6.2 Build 51, and every day they increase the number of crashes of Sitekiosk.
The visited pages after the crash are different but mainly we detect that they are from webmessenger and bebo.com
After Sitekiosk crash only the wallpaper is showed.

Hello,

as SiteKiosk is provided with the feature of a Software Watchdog which prevents that SiteKiosk crashes without restarting itself again.

Did you deactivate this feature?
If yes please activate the Software Watchdog again.

The Software Watchdog is a program that is launched every time SiteKiosk is opened and runs in the background. It prevents that the terminals are unusable in case of freezing what wouldn't be acceptable
More information you will find in the SiteKiosk help -->Management-->Maintenance-->Monitoring.

As SiteKiosk 6.2 doesn’t work properly with the Internet Explorer 7 which version of the Internet Explorer are you using?
If you use the IE7 please update to SiteKiosk version 6.6.

Which Windows Version are you using?
Is this issue reproducible and can you provide a step by step guide?
