Support Request: Customize Video Email solution

Hello,

I have SiteKiosk 8 Plus and would like to customize the video email portion. What I want is for the kiosk user to press a video feedback button on the SiteKiosk Portal menu which would take them to the Video Email page (already have this part working). What I need is the video email page to NOT show the TO, FROM, SUBJECT, NAME, and NOT allow input of a message. I want all of that prepopulated so that a user just records their message, presses send, and it will be sent to the same mailbox every time, with the same sender, recipient, and subject line. Only difference would be each message would have a different video message attachment.

Can this be done?

You do have the ability to add a dedicated recipient for the email. That way the email always goes to the intended recipient but the user will still have the option of entering text in the body of the email.

While there is no way to remove those fields through the configuration tool, this should be possible as a paid customization. Smaller customizations like this generally run around $1000. If you are familiar with web development the html and script files for most all visual elements of SiteKiosk can be found in the skins folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Skins.

I did just that. I made edits to variables.js and mailfunctions.js and got the desired results. I can only imaging the flow and schema charts that the developers use. Nice job. Great product.
