Support Request: Sitekiosk Basic

Description

Hello sirs,

After changing in "Maitenence" LAN conectivity from "use proxy" to "no use proxy" Sitekiosk programm not work with new configuration.
But this problem see only after reboot (autoload mode).In test mode work all ok!
Please help!

Hello,

It seems that you need to use a proxy in your network environment to get internet access.

Generally SiteKiosk will adopt the proxy settings of your Internet Explorer.
But as the IE proxy settings are user dependent the proxy settings you make in your admin account are not valid in the SiteKiosk user account (used in Auto Start mode).

Since SiteKiosk 7.5 the proxy settings can be configured globally in the SiteKiosk configuration so that it can also be used in auto start mode without accessing he IE settings in the SiteKiosk user account first.
Otherwise you just need to make sure that you can access the internet in the Internet Explorer under the user account you run SiteKiosk in.
