Support Request: Sitekiosk timeout errors after shutdown

Hello,

We just upgrade out Kiosk to SiteKiosk 8.9 and SiteRemote Server 5. But our Kiosk sent time out error alert every night after kiosk shut down. We found that the Kiosk shut down correctly but the shut down log did not send to SiteRemote Server, it cause the time out alert sent. Could you please help us to prevent this behavior. Thank you.

System:
Windows 7 32 bit enterprise
SiteKiosk 8.9 (Built 2821)
SiteRemote 5 (5.1.0.2188) We purchased and installed own SiteRemote server
Connection: using office LAN, unrestricted internet access

If you are not seeing the expected logs or alerts in SiteRemote then you may need to adjust the:

- Log level on the SiteKiosk machine under Basic > logfiles:

- The log message transfer filter in SiteRemote:
The log message transfer filter defines which information should be transferred to the server at the specified interval… You may adjust these settings in SiteRemote
Under Administration > Settings > LOG MESSAGE TRANSFER FILTER
