Support Request: Issues with mp4 video

Hi,

I am currently using SiteRemote to update our branch TVs and I imported an MP4 file and published it in our system. The video currently freezes and shows the SiteKioski logo. Is this possibly because of the size of the file that I am trying to have on the screen? File works perfect in the preview window before I publish it.

When using video files for Digital Signage we recommend to use the h.264 format.

For Android devices please consider the guidelines from this page: http://developer.android.com/guide/appendix/media-formats.html

When using older Windows versions (older than Windows 7) it is recommended to install the K-Lite codec pack offered during the installation of SiteKiosk.

You will just need to ensure that the video can be played at the client machine (on Windows e.g. within the Windows Media Player).
