Support Request: Open pdf Documents locally in Adobe Reader instead of the Web View
Reproduction
This happens everytime.
Our Customer use SiteKiosk for printing Documents on an USB Stick or Surfing the Web.
If a customer wants to surf the Internet, he's got to pay more than just using the Computer. So we're using a Password to Access the Internet.
The Problem that now occurs is: if a customer wants to print a pdf Document from a USB Stick, it always tries to open the pdf Document in Web View and ask for the Internet Password.
Is there a solution for that? I want the pdf Document to open locally in Adobe Reader.
I know ist possible to open the Adobe Reader first and browse to the Document, but the customer don't know that.
We have Adobe Acrobat DC installed. I also tried it without SiteKiosk running and it opens the Documents in AdobeReader.
SiteKiosk runs on a Win 7 PC with up to date Updates et cetera
Thanks for your Help
