Support Request: Computer Wiped - Can I Still Use the License from Before?

Hello,

We had to wipe our computer that we purchased and installed SiteKiosk on about 2 years ago. I'm trying to see if I would be able to re-download SiteKiosk on the same computer and also use the same license from before. Am I able to do that? I tried accessing the license that we purchased, but it's not showing on my account. Thank you.

Yes you are able to use that version. Once you purchase it, it is yours forever. if your license information isnt showing on your online account, try checking your email for anything from PROVISIO or you can give sales a call and they should be able to look up your account and resend you your license information.
