Support Request: Machine Registration

Description

I am unable to register my machines. It tells me my username or password is incorrect. Is this the same credentials as I use to log into my administrator account to see my license. Please advise.

Are you trying to enter your license information in SiteKiosk or are you trying to register SiteKiosk with SiteRemote?

You can enter you SiteKiosk license by clicking the "Registration" button on the top right of the SiteKiosk configuration editor. If that fails, you will get a message stating something like the information was entered correctly etc. If you get a message that your username or password is incorrect, you might be entering the license information in the wrong area of the SiteKiosk configuration editor. See below.

You can register SiteKiosk with SiteRemote by going to the "Remote Monitoring" section of the SiteKiosk configuration editor on the bottom left. If that fails, you will get a message that your username or password is incorrect.
