Soporte de pedidos: Offline

One of our client's kiosk went offline, (we think) after schedule restart at 00:00. But today, when they reported the situation, we saw a completly white screen without any "offline info" that we used to see in a small rectangle window..with a blue header, I think...I was only a full page white screen.

Then, we went to see the log file..and it shows 28 times the following:

20 03ec 2019-04-24 00:02:55 +0100 [SiteKiosk] Navigation: file://C:/Program Files/SiteKiosk/SiteKioskNG/assets/defaultPage/offline.html
20 03ec 2019-04-24 00:03:27 +0100 [SiteKiosk] Navigation: [website page link]

After those 28 entries, I think that sitekiosk stoped trying to load the page? Was it?

How can I garantee that some info is showed when there is no internet connection? Because this white page is not good at all.

Can you help me, please?

There is no known issue.
What did you configure as screen saver?
Did you restrict the Surfing Area?

Otherwise you may send your SiteKiosk configuration (…\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg) and the current log file (…\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) with a short description how to reproduce this behavior via e-mail to

What did you configure as screen saver?
I have nothing on screensaver. I have it disabled

Did you restrict the Surfing Area?
Yes, I did

I think you did not understand my question:
Why my offline page was a completly white screen?
Does sitekiosk stopts to try to get connection after a certain number of attempts?
How can I change the offline.html to show other think than a white screen?

Thank you

Yes I understood your issue with the white page and it is not known and also not reproducible here.
I asked these questions + asked for the configuration and log files to figure out the reason for that behavior and provide support.

The page “Terminal Offline” will just display when the configured Start Pager URL cannot be loaded on startup (or logout or after screens saver).
“4. Offline Start Page”:

The Terminal Offline page contains script code that tries to reload the configured start page every 30 seconds.
The offline page of the Chrome Browser Skin is stored at “...\SiteKiosk\SiteKioskNG\assets\defaultPage\offline.html”
The corresponding script “app.js” at “…\SiteKiosk\SiteKioskNG\assets\defaultPage\Scripts”
The offline page for the IE based skins (with script part within the html) is stored at “…\SiteKiosk\Html\startpage\offline.htm”
The script does not contain a counter that stops reloading the start page URL after a certain number of attempts.
