Support Request: Flase Unexpected Windows shutdown messages
Hi, we have a machine with latest version of SiteKiosk Windows which connected to SiteRemote. And sometimes it sends e-mails with this message "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." and in SiteRemote panel this machine has "Unexpected Windows shutdown".
The problem is, machine doesn't reboot and when this happens in the logs it spits a history of previous windows errors (which we fixed so there are no new ones). And this problem began to occur more often in the last ~3 weeks after we updated the SiteKiosk from 9.0 version to latest.
Also we have a job in SiteRemote which restarts the machine at midnight and when restart happens in logs we have this message "Warning: System shutdown attempt (WM_QUERYENDSESSION). Abnormal program termination expected.". I guess for some reason SiteKiosk doesn't know it should be restarted. Maybe these two problems are connected.
