We are getting your web browser Chrome 76 is out of date even though it is currently running the newest version which is version 81.

Thank you for your inquiry. The warning are receiving is correct. The version of Chromium CEF incorporated into SiteKiosk is version 76.0.3809.132. This version cannot be updated independently from SiteKiosk. Updates to the browser engine is provided through subsequent updates to SiteKiosk. Based on this website https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/the-latest-user-agent/edge , the latest user agent for edge browser (Chromium engine):

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/81.0.4044.113 Safari/537.36 Edg/81.0.416.58

Please note that this change will be done in a text editor like Notepad Editor or NotePad++.

Updating the user agent does not resolve issues with logging into sites, most noticeably, gmail.com

I updated user agent to
 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/81.0.4044.129 Safari/537.36
and it still could not log into gmail due to out of date browser.

Thank you for your feedback. I just recently used this recommendation without any issue. You will continue to get this error if you have IE selected as the browser engine. IE is not an approved browser for Google Account services. You can send your configuration file to support-america(at)provisio.com for further review.
