Support Request: Printing from SiteKiosk

Description

I have added the printer for the end users to print documents. The print popup box appears but when I click on print, nothing happens.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Was this a new issue or was printing possible before then something changed recently? Have you checked the default printer settings in Windows? Have you checked the different Print Behavior settings in SiteKiosk Configuration>>Print. In the same section, have you tried turning off "Enable printer monitoring"? Does printing work in Start Once vs Auto Start?
