Support Request: Onscreen keyboard problems

Description

Hi.
I'm using Sitekiosk on a Win10 Enterprise PC.
Sitekiosk is running on the sitekiosk limited user created during install.
Touchscreen only, using Samsung QM32R-T monitor

Our problem is that the onscreen keyboard often does not work.
Tried several "skins" with the same result.
Keyboard is configured to be displayed only when a textbox is active.

Sometimes everything works fine, but usually the keyboard is displayed when a textbox is activated, but it is not possible to type anything.
I can see that the buttons on the onscreen keyboard is pressed, but nothing appears in the textbox.

URL i'm displaying is
https://iframe.coop.no/fornebu/littditt/

Also tried this with several other URL's with the same result.

If you press the button on the start page (touch works fine for everything but onscreen keyboard), there should be several input fields, ie. search bar on etc.

Hello,

Unfortunately the current SiteKiosk version with Chrome browser skin may cause problems under certain circumstances when using the on-screen keyboard via the touchscreen.

The workaround until we publish the next version would be to go back one SiteKiosk version and use version 9.8.5745. You can download this version here:
https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Downloads/VersionHistory.aspx

Before the installation you should uninstall the current version (with the normal uninstallation the license and the configuration remain).

f you want to be 100% sure you can proceed as follows:
1. Backup the SiteKiosk configuration file(s) under "...\SiteKiosk\Config"
2. Uninstall the current SiteKiosk version (-->Control Panel-->Programs and Features)
3. Restart the computer
4. Install the SiteKiosk version 9.8.5745
