Support Request: Layout for Vertical Monitor

Description

Hello,
I've downloaded your software to evaluate it.
It's very good but I have one blocking issue. We have a touch monitor which is vertically embedded in a totem.
We would like to create a vertical layout, only one column with content going down below each other, it seems that the software only allow to add content on the left or right side, I can't find a way to add content aligned in the same column up or down.
If you see the screenshot of the totem (it's vertical so resolution is 1080x1090) if I add content only on the sides I have a lot of wasted space below.
Can your software allow us to add content in a column below each other?
Seems very solid for the rest, please let me know how to do that so that we can configure it and buy the licenses.

Thank you!

Hello,

create a group element first and then add elements to that group. You can edit the layout of the group or single elements.
You may create a group element and then edit it to only have on element per row. Or you create a group with two elements per row and then you add either 2 elements per row or insert a row with just one element that takes up the space of two elements.
Again using the edit function is key to rearrange the layout to your liking.

Thank you for you quick response!
I've tried creating a group with inside 3 web link:
1st (1x1) 2nd (1x1)
3rd (2x1)

so now I have 2 row, first row with two links, second row with a single link large as the two in the first row.
So far so good.

Now, inside this group I want to add an html video with the script provided.
It seems that I cannot put it in this group (maybe because is another type of object, the new HTML content is put outside the group on the right, I would like to have all the object in a vertical, single row.

That's what I seem to be not able to do, I cannot attach another screenshot, I don't know if I explained it well.

Hello,

you need to take care what you have selected when adding an element. Make sure to select an element within the group when you want to add an additional element to that gorup. When your new element is placed outside the group you have selected the group element before adding a new element, which adds it to the same layer as the group element you selected effectively placing it next to it, not within it.
