I've recently upgraded sitekiosk from version 6 to 6.6 ( after re-installing windows due to problems with the machine locking) but when I try to enter the registration name & code it no. th emessage just says "The registration of Sitekiosk failed"

The original version of sitekiosk came pre-installed on a kiosk bought from e-box (UK) Ltd and I'm using the code & licencee name that was in the registry before the rebuild.

Hello,

for every license you obtain you will be provided with a license key, valid for all versions within the major version of SiteKiosk.
Thus, a license key obtained for version 6 will be valid for version 6.0 through 6.9. Therefore, you can always download the most current build of a major version for free and release it with your license key.

Seemingly you haven’t entered the license data correctly.

Would it be possible to check the license Key and licensee name that I am using please?

Does the use of capital letters in the licensee name have an affect on whether the regristration will work or not?

you have to enter the License data exactly. Your license does work.
