Description

After changing the configuration file to point to the start.html donation sample kiosk i saved it at the original location
c:\program files\sitekiosk\config\example.skcfg

After installing the Donation skin, you will need to restart the "SiteKiosk Configuration Server" service in Windows in order to be able to select the Donation skin as a start page template. You can also just reboot Windows. After rebooting Windows, you will need to select the Donation skin under >Basic >Start Page & Browser as the start page template.

after rebooting the system and reinstating the donation program.
using the configuration file I set the starting page to donation starting page
when clicking on Test I get the attached screen.
when running site kiosk I get the same screen
What should I do next.

What is the "Test" button you are referring to? In your screenshot, you are opening one of the html files in Chrome. You cannot use the Donation start page by selecting one of the html files to use as the start page in a browser skin. Instead of choosing a browser skin in the SiteKiosk configuration tool under >Basic >Start Page & Browser scroll through the start page thumbnail images to the right and select the one titles "Donation Skin v3". After that, click the green customize button to change the Donation skin settings.
