Support Request: Trouble with Configuration Manager

version: I just downloaded this from your web site today.
Computer: Windows Surface Pro 3 (windows 8.1)

I successfully installed SIteKiosk demo software.
The configuration manager does not work - see enclosed screen shot.

Check to make sure the "SiteKiosk Configuration Server" service is running properly in your list of Windows services. It is also necessary that access to localhost:8889 is not blocked and that there is no other web page running at that port. In the case this does not help also check the Windows event log (Application and System) for any warnings or errors at the time you start the "SiteKiosk Configuration Server" service or the Config tool.
