Support Request: Data transfer volume

Description

Hello,

Just a question about the data transfer volume in the digital signage feature.

When I had a video or photo to my existing campaign and leaving in the same campaign already existing videos, when I published, the siteremote transfer the new videos and the older videos that already have been upload and transferred consuming a lot of traffic.

There is any way just to transfer only the new videos and not the older ones?

Hello,

What you describe has already been implemented and there is no special action needed. Only the new content will be downloaded by the client and counted as traffic.

If you e.g. add new content (e.g. a new video) to an existing campaign that was already published and then publish the (outdated) campaign again, only the new content (the new video) will be downloaded by the client and counted as traffic.

You can also check that at the traffic overview you can find at “-->Reports-->Traffic” (uploading the content to SiteRemote server when adding it to a campaign will not be counted as traffic).
