Support Request: PDF Files

Description

Dear Support Team,

When I try to open any Pdf file I got the attached message... I have adobe reader Version 11 installed on the computer & added in the applications tab.

Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

What is the OS and IE version you are using? I was not able to replicate this. I tested both the "View online" options as well as the "Download" option. Are you able to view the PDF in IE in Windows when SiteKiosk is not running? Does this issue occur for any PDFs you test or just this one?

first of all sorry for being late in reply.

we are using Windows 2008 & IE 11, Yes I am Able to view PDF files online while Site kiosk is closed.

Are you running SiteKiosk for terminal services? I see you mentioned that your OS is Windows 2008. How are you currently using SiteKiosk. Please describe your environment.
