Support Request: Blank screen

Description

After setting up the system, it's time to rock... But after selecting run once (manually) and/or auto start, the following happens: a blank screen.
Already tried the following to fix it:
* Paused anti-virus (Eset)
* Used IE and Chrome as browser engine
* Set it to use a standard template

But that didn't help at all. What am I missing? How to fix this?

send the configuration that you are using to adams(at)provisio.com it should be located at C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config\yourconfig.skcfg
