Does the same thing happen in Start Once and Autostart mode? If it works in Start Once and not in Autostart, you will need to log in to the SiteKiosk Windows user account and set up the printer under that user. If you install the printer in Windows before installing SiteKiosk that step is not necessary.

Here are the instructions to log in as the SiteKiosk Windows user and change Windows settings:

In Start Once we are able to see the printers but not in Autostart.

After following the instructions we were able to add the printer for the sitekiosk restricted account; it does not appear in the sitekiosk application itself. Using the built in printer selection causes the application to crash, and it is not present in the sitekiosk printer selection (neither the configuration application nor the actual kiosk mode.)

When uninstalling sitekiosk, installing the printer, and reinstalling sitekiosk it also does not appear.

Which behavior did you choose in the print options in SiteKiosk? If you chose show Microsoft print dialog, it will just show all available printers in Windows. If you chose one of the other print dialog, you need to add the printer in the SiteKiosk print settings. The default behavior is to not show a dialog and just send the print job to the printer.

The printer was added before installing sitekiosk and is viewable and usable within sitekiosk when running the program from an administrator account. Once we reboot and tell it to log in using the dedicated sitekiosk the printers do not appear.

Normally that behavior would only occur if the printer was installed after SiteKiosk. That said, any time there is a difference between Start Once and Autostart, it is due to a Windows user account specific setting. You will find instructions at the following link to log in as the SiteKiosk Windows user without SiteKiosk running in order to add your printer under that user account.
