Support Request: Anti-Sabotage mode

Description

Good morning,
We are getting the “anti-sabotage mode” dialog box when checking emails (GMAIL or OUTLOOK) from our kiosks. This happens when you have multiple email windows open. I know that it's a security feature in the sitekiosk program that locks down the terminal for 30 seconds and reset the session. But is there a way to prevent this from happening? We do not have this problem with browsing to regular websites. We are running sitekiosk version 8.91.3042.

Thank you,
Bertrand

What do you see in the SiteKiosk log file when this occurs? If you are unsure which lines were written when the issue occurred, you can activate the log file output window to see the log vile on the screen as it is being written. I was not able to replicate the issue. Please send a copy of your SiteKiosk configuration file and the SiteKiosk log file to ward(at)provisio.com.
