Support Request: Cannot Login


Trying to login under "hsgoddard" or "Marney" and having no luck although I show TWO valid licensees for SiteRemote.
Please Advise.

The SiteRemote licenses you purchased were never activated. They are still valid. What you will need to do is go to and use the "Free 30-day trial account" button to create a new account. You can then register your SiteKiosk systems with the account. To activate your licenses, click the Administration tab then click the Licensing sub-menu on the blue bar. Click the Activate license key button then, on the next screen, paste in your SiteRemote Cloud license and click the Activate button.
