Support Request: Sitekiosk won't register


For the last several weeks we have been noticing that the SiteKiosk (Windows) will not register. When attempting to do so it gives an error stating about a plugin. This has worked prior since September.

What exactly does the error say? Does your license cover sitekiosk basic or plus? If it only covers basic, you may have a feature enabled under plus. double check that you do not have any features enabled under the plus section, save your config and try to run sitekiosk.

Its the "Touch Screen" plugin that is giving the registration error. These are touch screen kiosks, so I am confused as why it worked before and now its giving the error.

If it was the touch screen plugin giving you the registration error, maybe on some machines you had plus licenses and others you did not. The touch screen plugin in the plus section would give you the same error across all machines if you did not have the plus version.
