Support Request: Bug with fullscreen mode Chromium and Screensaver

Hi,

i have problem with setup my SiteKiosk in Chromium mode for fullscreen. I hide every taskbar and implement js http://devblog.provisio.com/post/2016/08/24/How-to-Maximize-New-Chrome-Browser-Windows.aspx but i have on the lower edge screen empty space for taskbar. Do you know help me?

Next bug I have with Screensaver. When i want setup Screensaver time for more than 60s, but Screensaver doesnt working. Screensaver starts but only for 2 sec. I test use video or photo but no difference.

This happens when starting SiteKiosk in “Run once” mode. As shell replacement is not activated (like with “Auto Start” mode) the real Windows taskbar is still in the background and causing this space consumption.
Just start SiteKiosk in “Auto Start” mode (with shell replacement) and check again.

2. Which screen saver did you choose?
When using a Windows screen saver in combination with Chrome Browser Skin or Start Screen this can happen on some systems (timing issue). You should choose SiteKiosk Player instead where you also can add videos and photos.

this problem i have in run once mode but also auto start mode!


2. Which screen saver did you choose?
i choose SiteKiosk Player with video or photos but I record the same problem

There is no known issue and it is not reproducible.
Therefore you may send your SiteKiosk configuration and the current SiteKiosk log file with a step by step description to: support-europe(at)provisio.com that we can check.
