Support Request: Emergency Config File
We recently updated our computer that has Site Kiosk loaded on it and were trying to reinstall the software. We were successful and it worked for a day, but then received a Warning page that an emergency configuration file was loaded. We put in our master password, but what do we do next? Does our license need reset?
