Support Request: Problem with activation

Description

We recently had to replace the HDD in the kiosk and now the site kiosk software (version 9 -- we were running version 9 prior to the HDD failure) will not let us register. It says we have to either use an older version (we had v9 and it is still v9). Please advise.
