Support Request: Missing Top Banner

Hello,

I have my SiteKiosk configured correctly from what it seems. However, SiteKiosk is not showing the top banner where a user can logout and the session would refresh. Please advise. Attached are config files, log files, and a screenshot. Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Based on your configuration file, Fullscreen mode was turned on. In Fullscreen mode, you hide the browser toolbar but also, you have the option to keep the taskbar or hide it. Because of this, you can find it confusing when needing to see the browser toolbar.

To turn off Fullscreen mode, go to Start Page & Browser, click "Fullscreen mode" and uncheck the activation checkbox. Be sure to click OK below and save your configuration.
