Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. It is not certain if you are using SiteKiosk Classic or SiteKiosk Online. The options to upload the files are the same but the ways to make the right exceptions are different. In general, you can upload files to a website using the browser. By default, with Auto Start with the SiteKiosk user, only the Document folder is usable and browsable from the hard drive, i.e. C:\Users\SiteKiosk\Documents .

In order for users to interact with that folder only, you will need to set your Downloads folder there (and the default for other applications). This will not work for other user accounts. SiteKiosk block uses of File Explorer features (Open, Save , Choose, etc.) with other users, so you have to make the exception by looking in the logs for messages as these:

SiteKiosk Classic -

 [SiteKiosk\Notification: According to the window monitoring rule (title: 'xxxxxxxx' class: 'xxxxxx'), the window (title: 'xxxxxxxx' class: 'xxxxxxxxx') will be closed

SiteKiosk Online -

 [SiteKiosk] Window has been blocked (process has been terminated): Rule: Deny (TerminateProcess) - Title: 'xxxxxxxxx' Class: 'xxxxxxxxx' Module: '*' Window: Handle: xxxxxxxxx Module: 'xxxxxxxxx' Class: 'xxxxxxxxx'

If you plan to use other user accounts, you do not need to use this folder - C:\Users\SiteKiosk\Documents . Instead, you need to check the logs:

SiteKiosk Classic -
* Configuration>>Logfiles
*...\SiteKiosk\Logfiles\[Year-Month-Day].txt

SiteKiosk Online -
* Monitoring>>[Select device]>>Logfiles.

To make exceptions, you need to edit the right window 'title' and 'class' combination to the rules from the logs:

SiteKiosk Classic -
* Configuration>>Access/Security>>Settings ("Block system critical windows & dialog boxes")>>Edit and set the "Explicitly allow" radio button for the right rule.

SiteKiosk Online -
* Go to Project Settings>>Client>>Security, click on "Add window filter". Enter entry either at Window class, Windows title or both. Select radio button "Allow" and click Save and Save to test.

Best regards,
Andre.
