Thank you for your inquiry. This seems to be possibly an issue related to the visited website. Can you check your SiteKiosk version number and build in the Configuration Editor or Quick Start Menu? On a test device, you can try the latest version 9.9.6466 along with the instructions in the ZIP file: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/
