Support Request: The Chrome browser in SiteKiosk cannot load a page properly

Hi,
When Site Kiosk opened the following pages, it could not load the page content correctly. The above pages could be loaded CORRECTLY using Chrome out of site kiosk on the same PC. I confirmed the cached and temp file clear settings were correct, the log also showed cache and temp file were cleared. I also tried creating a new configuration file, but the issue persists.

I attached the pics and log to the ticket, you can see the "click buttons", "dropdown list", "calendar" could not load correctly.
This problem is happening on multiple systems. Can you please advise on how to fix it? Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. SiteKiosk 9.7 is out of support. If you are using SiteKiosk Chrome Browser with that version, you are at Chromium 71. You can further test Chromium 115 by updating to SiteKiosk Version 9.9.6466 and follow the more instructions in the ZIP file here: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/
