Support Request: printing error

Description

we have a web application, we protect it with sitekiosk online the web application prints directly from a button it has but sitekiosk says it cannot print?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. By default, printing is turned off in all projects. You can allow this by going to [Enter project]>>Settings>>Client>>Printing, turn on "Allow Printing" and choose one from "Behavior in SiteKiosk". It is best to setup your default printer or clean up your printer list in your admin user.
