Support Request: Sitekios Chrome Engine Blackscreen

Hello!

SiteKiosk was installed on windows 8.1 and configured to use the Chrome engine. At first, everything worked fine without additional application settings. After installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security antivirus, SiteKiosk stopped working correctly on the Chrome engine - only a black screen is displayed at startup. If you believe the cursor, then the site page has opened, but the problems are in the graphical display of the engine itself. On the Internet Explorer engine, everything is displayed well, but we need Chrome.
We tried to configure the antivirus program and even disable it completely, but we did not achieve a positive result. Please, help.

Additionally:

We have tried disabling security settings and blocking critical windows and dialogs in SiteKiosk. There was no result.

Hello,

both SiteKiosk Classic 9.7 and Windows 8.1 are no longer in support.
Please check again on a current operating system (Windows 10 or 11) with the latest SiteKiosk Classic version (9.9.6466).
Otherwise, you will have to contact the manufacturer of the antivirus application, as this is the reason for the behavior.
