Support Request: Remove notifications during off hours

Description

we use our battery backup software to manage our shutdown and startup of the kiosks. can we disable notifications for the down time? example. my kiosk powers off every night at 6pm then i get a notification that the kiosk is down. i want to avoid this.

To avoid the contact lost message you should shut down the machine with using the maintenance settings in the SiteKiosk configuration:

Alternatively you can deactivate the corresponding alert under Users settings in the SiteRemote account(“-->Administration-->Users-->[User name]-->Edit-->Notification options for results” e.g. “Contact lost (time out)”) but this would also disable the alert in real error cases.
