Support Request: Clips not showing in iframes in Sitekiosk

Description

Good Evening,

PROBLEM:
Clips in iframes do not display in Sitekiosk. It appears as if they are in the process of being loaded, because each frame contains a moving circle.

Question:
Are the clips not loading because I have omitted to set one or more parameters correcly?
Whatever the reason, please be so kind to inform me how to rectify the problem.

Hello,

The SiteKiosk Browser is using the IE Webbrowser Control of the installed IE version and generally iframes work in the same way like in IE.

But when using the URL http://www.tandartsschaffer.nl/kids/poets-en-tanden-tips/ in Internet Explorer (IE11) on my system the Clips do not display either.
Do you need to configure any special in IE to make it work?

Hello Michael,

The IE browsers we use all come straight out of the box! I have looked at the page on several machines and have not experienced any problems, the frames all show the required content.

I have a screenshot which unfortunately I can not attach to this mail, but it contains the following info:
Version 11.0.9600.17633
Updateversions: 11.0.16 (KB3021952)
Productid: 00150-20000-00003-AA459
Automatically update newer versions.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hello,

Sorry that was my mistake because I first have tested it on a Windows system where Adobe Flash was deactivated.

The problem is reproducible but unfortunately there is no SiteKiosk setting for solving this issue because this applies to the Internet Explorer Webbrowser Control the SiteKiosk browser does use.
The web page is using some code not compatible with the IE Webbrowser Control because it also happens outside of SiteKiosk.

If you have influence to the code of the web page you may check to make it work in IE Webbrowser Control first (other sites with embedded Adobe Flash videos work flawlessly) or you may use HTML 5 to embed videos (example: http://www.w3schools.com/HTML/html5_video.asp).

If you don’t have influence to the code of the web page but a full screen browser (without URL address bar or any buttons) would be enough you can use a Chromium Based browser in SiteKiosk.

I have tested the page with that browser and (provided Adobe Flash for Chrome/Firefox is installed) it worked.
