Support Request: Problem with Microsoft .net framework

Description

Hi,

When i try to use "digital signage" and add a pdf file, we don't see preview because a message is appear.

The message is " PDF one component who is used for appear contents can't be start. Please install Microsoft .NET Framework and start preview player."

but microsoft .net framework is installed

I tried with IE11 and google chrome. ( seven 64bits)

(with JPEG it's ok)

Hello,

Thank you for this notification. Usually the PDF preview in Digital Signage was displayed when using the Internet Explorer (32 Bit) but only in IE.

I was able to reproduce the issue that the PDF preview will not display anymore in IE and forwarded it to our developers to fix it for a future version.

But what still works is the display of the PDF at the client machine (provided you installed the Adobe PDF Reader and the PDF display works in IE at the client machine).
