Support Request: Can't make payment

Hi there,

I'm trying to order 2 site kiosks but I keep getting this error:

"Error while storing your data. Please make sure that the information you entered and the chosen address (especially the postal code) are correct! (5040)"

My address is correct. Could you advise?

Hello,

As far as I remember there are no postal code information necessary / available in Ireland. But as a postal code is required just add any number to the postal code field and try again. Otherwise please contact our sales:
