Support Request: Change Kiosk

Hello,

We are looking to replace our two existing laptops/kiosks with two newer ones. The employee who used to manage this program is no longer with the company. I wanted to reach out to see if there was a way to transfer the licenses for our two existing kiosks to these new ones. Also I am not sure how to use the program, I was just able to locate the invoice that has our license key and master password on it.

If you do not know the key combination and you have the address bar displaying in the browser, you could type in skcmd://quit and you should get the service personel login. click sitekiosk password and enter in your master key and then select the option to logoff and deactivate start settings. Then you may log into your admin account, and since you are going to be using new laptops, with these same licenses you should uninstall SK on the old machines then install the same version on the new laptops. You are able to see what version you have by either looking on your invoice or in the sitekiosk configuration towards the top near the save button.
