Support Request: MSI for 9.7.4937 and best way to do an in place upgrade?

Description

We are currently still on 9.6.4409 and deploy our custom images with the msi.
Is there a 9.7.4937 msi available to download somewhere? I can only find the exe.

And what is the best way to do an in place upgrade? I do not want to lose any of my content.
Are there switches I need to use?

When installing from the msi, you need to ensure you system meets the system requirements and install those manually. Here is the information how to get the msi and what to consider:

The best way to update is of course to download the SiteKiosk.exe installer and install it locally. A standard update will not erase any local content you added or your SiteKiosk configuration file. You can make back ups of those files in case you run into an issue during your update. No command line parameters are required to do a standard update.

You can use standard silent install switches for the installation of SiteKiosk. 

 
sitekiosk.exe /S /V"/qn"

I did a silent install/upgrade on my test lab machine using - sitekiosk.exe /S /V"/qn"
Upon doing so I lost connectivity to that machine via SiteRemote and the physical keyboard no longer functions.

I need specifics on doing an actual silent in place upgrade to SiteKiosk so all screens and config stay the same.
I can't have this kind of thing happen in the field.
