By using the url https://indordrecht.nl we get the following message (in dutch): Uw webbrowser (iOS NaN) is verouderd. Update uw browser voor meer veiligheid, snelheid en om deze site optimaal te kunnen gebruiken. Browser update of Negeren.

Is it possible to suppress this message?

Hello,

This message comes from the web page and is integrated to the code of the web page therefore SiteKiosk cannot block that message.

As far as I can see it is about the Browser version that is checked on that web page but I cannot reproduce this issue in the actual SiteKiosk version 9.7 (tested with “Metro IE” and with “Chrome Browser” skin.

Therefore you first should check that “SiteKiosk” is not added to the user agent.
To do this, open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to >Basic >Start Page & Browser. Click the Advanced button and uncheck the box labeled 'Add "SiteKiosk" to user agent header'.
