Support Request: Sitekiosk-msi file missing

Hi guys... All of a sudden we see this message and can't log into SiteKiosk. See screenshot.
Sitekiosk-msi file missing

Any tips or quick solutions to fix this?

We do not have any other reports of an issue like that. The MSI is the installer but usually doesn't install anything at runtime.
I recommend logging out of SiteKiosk and logging in as an administrator to do a repair of the installation.
To figure out what has happened you would need to check the Windows Event log.

How do we boot in to administrator if we can’t exit the site kiosk software? It is in a loop now so whenever we reboot it tries to load sitekiosk but doesn’t load fully due to error therefore can’t exit it. How do we stop the looping to allow us to get in to Windows?

If you boot into Safe Mode, you can take SiteKiosk out of Autostart. You will need to enter the SiteKIosk master password to get to Safe Mode.
