Support Request: No skin

Description

After a windows 1909 update the design skin is not showing but you can see the windows desktop , also a pop up mentioned that my login details have changed. I am able to logout through the window option but cannot deactivate Provisio. System restore to windows 1903 kiosk back to normal operation. So deactivated Proviso and started 1909 update where i get the same issue again . Provisio has now been updated to version 9.7.10133 with no joy.

Hello,

We have also noticed that the last Windows patches from February 2020 included a change from Microsoft which led to the fact that you could no longer log in with the SiteKiosk user.
