Support Request: We Can't sign in to your account
Everything had been working as expected, until today. One of our users reported that the kiosk wasn't working properly. Nothing has changed as far as I'm aware, besides Windows updates. So I went in as the Administrator, looked at the SiteKiosk configuration and then just saved the configuration and telling SiteKiosk to auto start, it then reboots the computer, logs into the SiteKiosk Restricted User Account but then pops up a box (see attached file) saying "We can't sign in to your account. This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. If you don't sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost."
