Support Request: Logout time and Content Filter block page

Description

Hi,

after doing a standard config. on Chrome StartScreen I've done a test on the kiosk as will be in production, I've noticed that if I click on the logout button, it does the logout, but the reloading of the StartScreen take 5 whole minutes.

What can cause this? How can we speed up the reload process?


Second question:
It is possible to customize the block page for the content filter?

Hello,

There is no known issue with the start screen and when doing a logout the browser (and the Start Screen) will just be reloaded. How long this takes depends on the speed / performance of the system you run SiteKiosk on.
Otherwise you may to a repair installation and check again or test on another machine.

Generally yes. You will find the corresponding files at “…\SiteKiosk\SiteKioskNG\assets\dialogs”.
But please understand that our free support cannot offer any assistance with creating your own code or customizing the skin files (apart from the detailed SiteKiosk and SiteKiosk Object Model documentation).
