Support Request: Problems with Flutter Framework app

Description

We have sitekiosk for android on a Samsung tablet and we have found that starting an app developed through Flutter framework has problems with the orientation and rotation of the screen.
Specifically, problems arise when clicking one of the home, back and recent app button, we encountered the following behavior:
- The Home and Recent app buttons, lock the screen vertically regardless of the configurations set on the system and sitekiosk side. To restore the situation, press repeatedly the back button or perform a restart
- The back button sometimes locks the app vertically and other times restores the orientation set in the configuration, this depends on the number of times you click and the direction in which you hold the tablet.

Do you have any suggestion on how to solve this problem?

Best regards,
Luca

Hello,

SiteKiosk allows you to allow or block the start of an external app, but SiteKiosk has no influence on its behavior (especially since Android apps run sandboxed).
Maybe this app can't cope with the fact that SiteKiosk runs in the background and sets itself as home screen on Android?
But this is a question for the developers of the external app.

The orientation settings for the SiteKiosk browser you can find at “-->System-->Screen orientation” in the SiteKiosk configuration.

I opened a ticket at the app developers, now the issue seems resolved.

Thank you for your support.
