Support Request: Did my order go through

Description

I was trying to buy an upgrade to SiteKiosk Classic Windows. I filled the form with my informations, old license and typed my credit card informations. And clicked the send button. I got no error messages, but I can't find any new licenses or invoices and I do not get any mails from you.
Can you see my purchase? What do I do now?

generally, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
The order itself will be processed manually during our opening hours.
