Support Request: Android Version LogIn

Description

Dear all,

Please provide your support for the following issue.
We are trying to login with Android Version, but it is shown that the Username or Password is not Correct (Tried several times with the correct password)
Also, we downloaded SiteKiosk from a tablet and at the moment we want to logoff from the app it is not allowed.

Is there any technical problem that is related with this issue and how can it be resolved?
